hey guys, so my dad had a 72 nova that was a race car. He passed away and now im trying to make it into a street car. I have no title for it, it has a vin, and a firewall plaque. ive decoded it and it was a v8 307, 2barrel carb nova. originally was flame orange.
i need help in trying to find the previous owner and where this car was last registered. i might add it is easily over 20 years the last time it was registered.

If someone can please help me out with this. local dmv was no help, bumper was no help, carfax was no help.
i need the previous owner info and location in order to get started with the process of even obtaining a title for it. i am located in texas.
