block is early cast 3790721 factory 327 small journal with gm windage tray studs
block was cast in 1965 has upside down '721' cast into driver and passenger sides of block has recess raised oil filter area and boss for 4 speed setup
correct for 1966 L79 chevy 2 nova ss
cast date is mid/late sept 1965 (for early ‘66 model year cars)
