I've seen a lot of 8" with 4.5" backspacing, but the specific wheels I have found are 8.5 wide. Has anybody made this fit with a stock set up?
I'd be looking at 18x8.5 with 245/35r18 tires up front and 19x9.5 275/35r19 in the rear.. Let me know if you have actually seen and know the specs or if you have personally made this work. Any help is appreciated.
1970 Nova with a slight drop on front and rear (about 2 inches)
Will I be rubbing frame at full lock, and will I clear the tierod? It looked like if I go with 18x8 or 8.5 either way the tie rod sits slightly inside the actual wheel well?
