I just purchased a 74 nova ss and was trying to find info on a motion or baldwin nova in this year because i have heard they made one i just have never seen it and would like to try and clone one.

That link should be: http://www.novaresource.org/history.htm It only gives general info though. I have read that Motion converted cars through 1974, but I don't know about Novas.
