My original rear was out of a chevelle which is measuring 62" mounting surface to mounting surface. New rear I went with 9" stock 60 1/4 long. My issue is that the rims I have are 6" back spacing. Too much you guys think? If so could I possibly put spacers in to take some of the backspace away as a temporary fix?

Let me know if anyone has input?

I forgot to mention that I have Caltracs installed if that makes a difference.


BTW I have not heard from Big Dave in some time is he still lurking the Forums?
