i have a set of 325/50/15's (m&h muscle car pattern b) on a set of 15x10 prostars (5" bs) this is 28.1 diameter on the button. im having a hard time deciding if i want to relocate the leafsprings or not. ive installed caltracs and i have done the measuring and i am certain that with a 295/65/15 drag radial (30x12.5)
the 30x12.5 m/t drag radial is showing 11.90 section width and 10.90 tread w/ and 30" overall diameter. my other main concern is the ride height in the back, its stock leaf springs with caltracs and i have comp 3way shocks unadjusted. will 28"diameter tires show wheel well? i know a 30" tire will make the wheel well disappear (which is what im looking for) i would really like a wide footprint out back provided by a 325, however im not sure im willing to relocate the leaf springs for it. if anyone has any similar set up, could you please provide some input and hopefully some pictures to help give me a good picture of what to do. thanks
also, my car isnt a drag only, its actually more street driven than anything. where or how i drive it wont sway my decision, its more so the fitment and look. of course i dont want scraping haha
