    I took my '70 Nova to a body shop to get my dash panel replaced. The body shop said they couldnt swap the VIN from the old dash to the new one. Does anyboy know how i can get the specialty rivets to swap the VIN from my old dash to the new dash, or how to do it LEGALLY.
