Default My dream car

Hey what's up guys. I just picked up this little baby as my first project car. It's a 1973 nova almost original with the 308. I am the 3rd owner, 2nd owner had to sell due to heart failure ever since I was about 11 or 12 a nova was my dream car, I'm 32 now and finally made it happen. This will be a LONG fun project i will do with my son and am really excited to get started. Not new to forums or building vehicles, but this will be the first one that I fully take apart and start from the ground up. Eager to start and learn more here, I'll definitely spend alot of time on here going through builds and write ups and learning more in depth hopefully about the car.
Anyways here's how she sits right now, just brought it home today

Story I got is car was in storage for a couple years by original owner and rats/mice moved into it. Does appear that way even though front spot is right where driver sits, back seats are all chewed up as well.
Forgot car also came with patch panel for rear quarter, chrome air filter and shocks.

Welcome to the Team!

The seats can be rebuilt (new foam and seat covers), though most want bucket seats to replace the bench seat.

Most '73 owners also want 1968-'72 bumpers, but your frame is actually different; so it it isn't just a matter of buying reproduction bumpers as they will not bolt up.

Thanks Dave. I'm keeping the 73 front end, I like the look and it's not the usual, and front seats are swapping to buckets.
