Default Looking for my old Nova

You guys probably get this a lot: I'm trying to track down my first car, which was a 79 Nova.

I was able to find the VIN number but I'm really a lot for what to do next. It was sold on eBay back in 2005, and I don't remember where it was sold to.

Any ideas on a starting point or people who do this sort of stuff?

Welcome to the Team!

If you have the VIN and know where the car is (what state) you can petition the DMV for info as to registry insurance and owner.
If it left the country or is a different state than Texas now it becomes much more difficult.
