Double check suspension height on all corners, both coil or leaf springs may not be the same, or possible a coil isn't set in it's pocket right, easy to miss when installing them. also did you...

If the vent is good check filter, check for collapsed hoses in front and rear, could be a plugged up sock on the pickup in the tank also.

It has to be loose enough for fluid to get between the yoke and bushing, it'll take forever with 600, lol..

Something is wrong, it needs to slide easy since it spins and slides in and out as you drive, if it's that tight you'll wipe out the bushing and possible damage to the yoke..

If that's where the bushing rides then it's too short, proper way to measure driveshaft length is have the car on the ground, push the yoke all the way in the trans and back back out 1", measure...

No problem with 400HP as long as you don't rpm it to the moon, add studs extra strength.
