Re: New Wheels

I have the Legend 5's on my 75 and they look great, looks like the old Torque Thrusts.

Re: 63 Nova- front discs now-thoughts on 4 wheel D

I'd say it's well worth it, I used this outfit for my 62 and it was high quality factory bolt in, unfortunately I didn't get the back done before I had to sell it.

Re: Manual Valve Body Powerglide?

Trans brake although in the valve body is a separate deal, can be used in manual or auto. You can shift it anytime you want, moving or stopped.

Re: Manual Valve Body Powerglide?

Welcome to Team Nova!

Well, it's real easy to determine what it is, put it in drive and if it starts out in high gear you know it's manual, at the same time you'll know if it's a reverse pattern...

Re: New Air shocks will NOT lift with my compessor

Try lifting the car at the bumper on the corner to the height you want then put air in it, do that with the other side, may have to do it a couple times to get it right but should work I would think.

Re: 73 Nova, 396, Doug Thorley 313 headers

Well, can't vouch for the Nova but for what it's worth I've used Doug's in different vehicles and never had an issue with clearance of any kind, they were an easy bolt in.

Re: Flaming River Steering Column Install - 1st Ge

Hey Phil, is that an easy install with no hacking?, been thinking of putting one in the 75 and clean up under the hood.
