I bought a wheel kit for $25, I got a donor truck I can play with gonna try a door and see what happens, maybe a couple emblems too, if it comes out I'll go ahead and get a kit and do my 63..

Gotcha, so 1 gallon should be enough to do a whole car then, did you use anything special to clean it before spraying it?.

I believe they're 11oz cans I think??, how many coats is that?, they talk 4 coats for a good job, yours look pretty darn good...

Thanks for the info Justin, I just bought the wheel kit to practice it's cheap, if I do a car I'll get a kit they're gun is supposed to be setup just for the dip, at least that's what they claim...

Yep, if you have a spray gun that's the way to go..

Just ordered a wheel kit from DipYourCar gonna give it a shot, got a set of Rallies I can try on..

Yes it is, I see they have a solution to liquify it if it's too thin to peel. If you do the same or close to the color shouldn't need too much, and I agree on masking can't see blowing the whole car...

Well, rattle can is never as good as a sprayer even with paint but for small stuff it's ok and a good way to get some practice cheap. From what I gather you can get by with one gallon depends on how...

I know a guy that rattle canned his whole truck, he did a section at a time as he could afford it, kinda expensive doing it that way though only thing you don't have to put out all the money at one...

Pretty serious, but before I buy the kit I want to try it on some rims first and a wheel kit is only a few bucks, and if it turns out good then I'll go ahead and get the full kit, figure I'd try it...
