Part 7

Final Prime!!!

Applied the final coat to the Custom made Radiator support panel and gave it a good sanding till smooth with 320. Now ready for the Velocity Red

I have gotten lots of requests for an update so here it is.
Basically the Nova project has been put on hold and is currently in Hibernation.

The last thing I did was install the front bumper...

Well money has stop flowing towards the Nova for now but did little details that needed some attention. Though simple, did take me some time. I wanted to install the glass for the sides of the car...

Found a better, more believable answer to why its lower on the driver side.

I placed the headers in the hot sun today since it was near 90 degrees out to get them more dry. I just could not wait to install the headers and I did not want to have my car suspended in the air...

When I removed the BBC and restored the subframe, I bought the correct 1970 Nova frame stands and motor mounts so i would not have any issues. After installing them, I saw no difference and it did...

Are you serious? For torque why not add a flex joint like modern cars.

Anyway, I don't plan on racing my Nova. Its purpose in life is to be a cruiser driver.

I'm using this clear. It polishes real nice too. Painting the hings was alot harder than I thought. Glad Its over with lol....

I finally took out my hinges from the acid and they were clean and stripped of all the E coating. Went and bought some more paint supplies and started to get the hinges painted.

Blocksanded the hood and fixed the body line much better. Re applied the Epoxy but ran out. Hopefully the next time I block it, it will be without blowthroughs and I can apply my 2K High build.
