My former Blog has expired from lack of interest so I am here reposting the information in the performance forums for your reading pleasure.
![]() E.T Bragging Rights Post your best E.T. here. Include 60 foot, trap speed, and whether it is a full pass or only an 8th mile. Please include CID and make note of any power adders. Post Number 1 Jan 1st, 09 at 02:11 PM by Novaz 10.307@133 60@1.518 383sbc 6-71@8# boost Post Number 2 Jan 3rd, 09 at 04:02 PM by jays64II Whoa !!! Something new !!! LOL !!! Well....I just noticed it...lol !!! Guess I'll start with the old combo: 383 on motor 1.40 60' 9.87 e.t. at 137 mph 383 on 250 shot of nitrous 1.27 60' 8.63 e.t. at 163 mph Post Number 3 Jan 5th, 09 at 01:47 PM by Big Dave My best has been a 9.39 but they threw me out on my ear as I have no safety equipment (not even a helmet as I'm a little on the large side, sort of like Hagrid in the Harry Potter movies, nothing seems to fit me). So it isn't a fair comparison for someone who is dragging along a fire extinguisher system, a full 12 point roll cage, and parachutes and other stuff like asbestoses underwear (that has to be itchy) down the track for a ride all the time. Big Dave Post Number 4 Jan 5th, 09 at 08:41 PM by smithfog Maybe we should ask for driver weight?? lol. I am disappointed this blog not getting much attention!! Is this a relatively new site? Post your 60', speed, etc... Post Number 4 Jan 6th, 09 at 01:48 PM by jays64II I just noticed the blog thingie the other day so I think the whole blog idea is kinda new. maybe it'll catch on....maybe not but give it a chance. No long johns for me. I just use the multi layer jacket and pants. The gloves suck and the neck collar can sometimes leave a rash when it's real hot out. The shoes are comfy until you step on 3/8" bolt ! lol !
