I can't find an example of this on a 62-67 Chevy II and want to confirm the direction to install a replacement hood to cowl seal. I have attached an end view of the rubber seal, and assume that the open side of the triangle faces the back of the car (hence the closed side of the triangle faces the front of the car)
I just bought the same molding for my 1964 Chevy Nova and it came with clips that push into the holes on the cowl but the molding has no holes in it for attaching? How do I install this molding? It did not come with instructions and the car didn't have one to begin with when I bought it. Thanks
Line the cowl seal up on the cowl how it will sit. With a marker mark where the holes are at in the cowl on the seal & use a hole punch to punch the holes in the cowl seal.
Thanks BB520 I kind of thought that but wanted to make sure. Why they don't send instructions is beyond me??? Thanks for the tip....
