I saw this on Team Chevelle and thought it would help alot of people out. Post your rim and backspace size along with the tire size for front and rear along with some pics.
14x5 (all 4) for now but will have 14x7 (all 4) with 205/70R14 (largest size that has a summer tire) for now
when I get money 17x8 Billet Specialties Street Lites w/ 245/45/R17 with 4.5 BS(all 4).
I'm planning on TTD's from American Racing in a 15x7 also. Do you know what the backspacing is on the rears? It appears you have no tire contact issues in the rear.
These are actually on my 69 Camaro but thought some people would like to see how the combo fit. This car has big block springs with a small block so it is high in the front. The front seems like it would have no clearance issues, even if the car was lowered. The front might do better with a 5.25 or 5.5" BS. The rears would have hit the wheel wells but since I have air shocks I was able to raise the rear to clear. On a stock or lowered car this combo would not work in the rear, would probably need a 18x8 with 4.75 BS and 255/45/18 or a 18x9 with 5.75 BS and 275/40/18 to fit in the rear.
