Kind of a story behind this one....back in 92 while working for a billboard company, a fellow worker was being forced to move due to a shopping center being built where he was renting, well he had this car he had to sell and having noticed that i was driving an old 75 camino at the time, he thought what the heck maybe i might be interested so we struck up a deal. $200.00 later i drove my 70 home! At the time it just needed paint, 6cyl and two speed ran just fine and did so for the next two years including a 1000 mi round trip to my parents' house for a visit. Then in 94,
i ended up doing some swappin' around and gave up the ol' girl to my in-law. 14 years later (car sat that long) my boy was given the car in which it sat for another year. Of course one more swap was in the works and fast forward to now...the ol' 70 is back where it belongs and ready for a complete ground up build. Already pulled the old drive train out getting ready to pull the subframe and strip out the interior. Near future plans are for a complete media blasting, new quarters, fenders, inners, etc etc. Upgrades i'm looking into, newer generation LS engine 6.0 Litre, still deciding on tranny, 4 wheel discs, quite a few hotchkis parts will find their way in as well, updated interior with custom dash and console and full guage assortment, AC, etc etc. Will start posting pics from the get go and will continue as i go.

Also wanted to mention, that i also have a 68 sedan with a 350 and 350Th that's been in the family since 78 which will be getting a complete make over as this one progresses. Not new to Novas I also had a 68 and 69 coupe as well.
