Does anyone own, or have access to either the L30 (327/250Hp) or the L77 (283/220Hp) engine equipped car. I need info on the "Heat Pipe" for the automatic choke system on a Rochester 4 barrel carburetor, where it attaches to the RH Exhaust Manifold. If possible a close up picture of the attachment area and possibly some measurments. Any info will be appreciated and helpful. Thanks: Neal

There should be a hole in the rams horn exhaust manifold (by cylinder number six) that has an asbestos cloth covered 1/4" steel tube inserted in it that runs up to the carb. This is from memory as I have not seen one in decades.
