Hey Guys,

i have 6 WMV files (movies) that are tutorials for my JollyRodder website. they show me what to do to upload, edit etc information on my website. sometimes i find it a bit difficult to follow the video and then make the necessary changes on my website.

is there a way i can make these page by page tutorials instead of videos, that way i can print the pages and perform the tasks instead of switching from screen to screen etc.

also alot of video editing software will have the option to take screen shots, Windows Movie Maker will break down a single movie into multipul layered clips like a reel and pick from those (i think)
