I looked under the front door panels, any ideas, its a 70?

Try the back seat on the top left near the package tray. Thats were mine was. It was hog ringed to the seat cover.

Mabey under the back seat, or inside the quarter panel behind the upholstery panel, possibly on top of the gas tank.
