TomM Jan 7th, 09, 11:05 AM Had a Classic Auto air system in my car, worked great. took it out though, engine bay too crowded for my liking, Kept the evaporator for the heater though. Have a chrome compressor, brackets, condensor and lines for sale if interested. Link below. http://www.classicautoair.com/66_67_Nova_Air_Conditioning_Chevy_AC.html SHIFTY4 Jan 7th, 09, 12:44 PM Vintage Air also shows a kit for the '66-'67 ChevyII. compare the two and check options ;) http://www.vintageair.com/ http://www.vintageair.com/cat2007/42.pdf "David_H" has the Vintage Air kit for his '67 project, it's in the process of being mocked up. David_H Jan 9th, 09, 08:33 PM When I was looking for an a/c unit I found Vintage air to be the better of the 2 kits I found Vintage air mounts air ducts under the dash that look more like factory. The other kit I found was one of those giant evap/blower boxes that mounted under the center of the dash and look like.... well not to my taste. I bought my unit through tims hotrod shop and got a good deal from http://www.timshotrods.com/ Tim's Hot Rods 802 Ninth Street, PO Box 640 - Davenport, WA 99122 8:00 to 5:00 PST Monday - Friday (509) 926-1429 :thumbsup::thumbsup: Tim answers the pnone himself and he will help you out after the sell. I once left him a message on a sunday morning with a question that stopped assembly and he called me on his day off to give me the answer I was looking for.:thumbsup::thumbsup: Musclerodz Jan 12th, 09, 12:37 PM I sell V/A and have a deal going right now. |
