A guy on craigslist has new parts to convert my wifes 62 to a v8.The stuff he has is new gm oil pan,pan gasket,oil pump,pick up,dipstick,dipstick tube,and v8 frame mounts.Any guesses what its worth?

I have seen one of those kits on yearone for about four hundred, i think... you can buy a pan from a guy called rodpartsdealer on ebay for $75, yearone frame brackets for $108, plus an oil pump, pickup, gasket and shipping would probably make it a tad cheaper to piece together.
