i have a 69 2 door and wanted to know if the bottom and back rear seat out of a 73 2 door will interchange??

I believe all 69-74 seats will interchange. They are pretty much the same car interior wise. I have had 69-74 cars and interchanged a lot of the parts on them. You should be ok.
