I have a Hurst Comp Plus shifter almost new for a Saginaw 4 speed. I have no clue what itīs worth. I also have the installations kit for the saginaw as it is sitting on the box right now.

Numbers on the thing are: 3216274 & 3306126 for the patents

remove the shifter from the mounting bracket and get the actual number off the shifter. the patent numbers do no good identifying it... the number 2083 isn't the number you need either.

if you check e bay, a good, clean, almost new shifter goes for about $75.00-$100.00 depending on demand for that specific unit. the installation kit, sold as a kit, mounting bracket and all rods & levers will go for about the same. you might find that by selling the complete unit, shifter and installation kit, will sell for less than if sold seperately.

it could be lower depending on demand etc...

I´ll get it off and confirm the numbers.

Thanks!

some Saginaw shifters also fit Muncies... but the installation kit will be for the Saginaw exclusively. if when it's ID'd "IF" it's a shifter that also is used on a Muncie, i'd advertise it accordingly and you might find it sells at a better price than if advertised as a Saginaw only. it'll all depend on what it is and what it fits.

A guy just came and picked up the entire assembly. I´ll get to learn more about Hurst Shifters another day I guess. Thanks for all of your help!
