Hi All,

This is my first non-introductory post. I'm a total newbie to the scene, but am obsessed with getting a 68-72 Nova. I'd like something driveable that I can fix up over time. Or rather, pay to have fixed up over time as I have no skills in that area nor time - except for maybe very basic stuff.

In any case, based on the description given below, can you knowledgable folks give me an idea if $3600 is a fair price? Or what the most you would pay would be? Let's assume the car runs and is driveable. Thanks!

Very hard to give you an estimate without picts. ;)

That being said there is no mention of the most important part--the body.
If you have more info on any of it and picts would help;)

Derek,

Much better, looks like a good deal to me:thumbsup:

Do yourself a favor and look at the lower rear window and under
the trunk for rot. Also trunk pan and looking under the car at the
trunk extension area which is where the 1/4 panel meets the trunk.
Look at the rear frame for rust and the rear cross member. Also the
floor pans from under the car if there is carpet. The rest would be
your call.

68s has some things that where one year only, like the ash tray which
they get a big price for what it is. Another words try and make sure it
is all there. Looks like a nice project from the picts.
