Mike,

all wanted or for sale ads need to be posted in the classifieds... not in the open forums. as a courtesy i'll "move" this thread to the proper area but the next time i'll need to delete it. not tryin' ta be mean & nasty just tryin' ta help the forums run smoothly as we agreed to do when we signed on for the high paying job we're doing here. ;)

i/we appreciate you help ;)

Sorry dudes, wont happen again...ever.:D But anyways, I cant find anyone online selling a pair of lower arms only, for a decent price at least, just uppers for around 180.00 when i cant find lowers for under 359.00. Any help would be appreciated.

no probs Mike, just a note i/we have to pass along. we try and be easy going about the whole thing... no hard feelings, OK ? ;)

as far as the lower arms go... i have the coil-over arms on my '64 and they were close to what you're quoting ($340). mine i purchased about 4 years ago so the price increase to what you're posting ($359.) doesn't seem out of line. you might try E-Bay. there's quite a few Heidt's representatives there that offer deals on Heidt's items.

i used QA1 coil overs on my car with the 475lb springs. a tad bit stiff but combined with the rear mulit-leafs the ride is equal front & rear.

i hope in a way i've helped regarding your search... added thought, in the 5 or so years frequenting message boards i've yet to see a set of these arms come up in an ad. i've seen std MustII lower arms when folks swap to the coil-overs but never a set of C/O arms listed...

here's what i used as far as part numbers if this is of any additional help:

additional help attempt:

Mike, are you using a Heidt's "Super Ride" or the std MustII Heidt's clip ? the coil overs are different from one model to the next...

also, you might try contacting this guy, his name is Tim, i bought my lower arms from him and was very satisfied with the price & service. tell him you're a member of "Team Nova at Novas.net" and i'll bet he hooks ya up with a discount.
