i swapped out the plugs and my #1 plug had a lot of build up on it and now it misses when the car is idle in drive and upon acceleration only around low rpm, i hit it with the timing light and its a tiny bit off maybe and 1/8 of an inch to the right(if that makes sense to you) could that be the problem?

i'd say to check all the plugs and wires and confirm the plugs are gapped correctly and are tight also check/confirm the wires are installed correctly. maybe one of the wires isn't completely connected to the plug or is burnt.
if it ran fine prior to the plug change and nothing else was done, that's where i'd check first.

yeah, i'd say ta check that out... if it ran good with no missing prior to the plug change i'd think it's in the wires/plugs. just tryin' ta think common-sense. for it to run good one minute and miss the next... i'd have ta think it was/is somewhere there...
good luck to ya Daniel ;)

check the firing order too... maybe a couple wires were crossed... that'll do it everytime  ;)

If i was you i wuld go and get a new set of wires, and make sure the are in the correct firing order. Also dont cross them cuz that has an effect also.

If it was running good and then just started running bad and you changed the plugs to try and fix that I'd say it's probably not the plug wires. However you could have a cracked or worn distributor cap/contacts or loose or faulty rotor under the cap. I'd pull the cap and make sure the rotor is not burnt up or loose or cracked. Inspect the cap for cracks and clean the terminals on the inside of the cap with a pocket knife and/or wire brush and see if that helps anything. If ignition all checks out good, start looking at your fuel system, i.e. fuel flow, filters, float levels, etc. Hope this helps.
