Whats a fair asking price for One set of used pedals, 67 I beleve, complete with bushings,retaining clip and brake light switch bracket.

To be honest not very much. If you are talking about a clutch and brake pedal to do a conversion there are a lot of other parts needed. Entire conversion kits are available and for a fair price.
Your photo is not working, but the one at your PB account looks to be from a second generation Camaro.

Edit:
Done some looking around on evilbay and seen some pads/pedals from 73-78 Nova/camaro that have the small clutch and the larger brake like in my pic. The earlier Nova/Camaro's are the same size pads.

Correct, the 75 - 79 Nova uses the small clutch pads as do the 73 - 80 Camaro, but the pedals and linkage parts are different between the 2 body styles. Your set has some different bends in the pedal shafts :confused: Maybe a Vega or Monza, possibly a 3rd gen Camaro?
