What would you call a pro touring Nova? A Nova with a Hotchkis TVS plus A arms and disk brakes with Hawk HP plus pads? Because that is what I'm making

Yup!!! If it handles better than stock and stops better and has more safety built in then, yes, I would call it pro-touring!

i don't have it yet, but i'm hoping to pick this baby up this year...

it's a '27 Chandler. it's been sitting for, oh, maybe 10 years or longer and it's not going anywhere. i know the owner and they said it's mine :D

i'm lousy with photoshopping but i dropped the roof on it... i need some wheels etc, off the fenders and channel the body over the frame... i know it'll be a big project but that's OK. it'll be a RatRod Limo. this thing is an oceanliner... it's HUUUUGE

but i like it :D

John my dad saw the photo of that Chandler and he remembers them being a wood frame body with aluminum panels and possibly an aluminum block. How close have you been able to look at this car?

here is mine, this is when it was painted in 2000.
i got the hood idea from the 1968 Dick Harrell nova.
It was really a fiberglass cowl hood, i ordered the scope from some corvette place in Tenn. Its a repro from the 67 corvette.
Then of coarse with my luck, now u can buy them
Paint is shot now and so is the engine. Hopefully by summer its running with a new coat of paint
