We have a 1965 nova we bought from a guy who stripped the car down to restore and has lost the vin tag off of door post the body tag is on the firewall it only shows part of VIN is there a hidden vin on car that shows all 13 digits??? Thanks in advance Don

Look on the driver's side firewall/cowl near where the splash guards are stapled on. That's still a partial VIN, but it's the sequence number and you can reverse-engineer the rest of the VIN from there using the model and year.
