I saw that the site also keeps track of your referrals...under the FAQ area, it gives a link..is that our personal referral link? is that the only place it is?

I think that's the only place the actual code is located. There is also a spot during signup that "referred by" can be entered.
We had thought about Team T's or ? for those those who referred the most but it seemed a tad cheesy as well so it never really got off the ground. Still not a bad thing to have referrals as I've been known to change my mind ;)
