No still waiting on the transmission and the rear end. The trans should be here in a week or so. I am getting the rear end from biggearhead and there is no rush on it. I won't be ready for it for a few months. Anyway it feels good to finally be making some headway on the car. I bought a scattershield 2 months ago and have a 621 bellhousing. Can't decide which to use. Maybe in a week or two I will actually be able to get it in the garage and start installing parts.

soundin' good !!! i did OK today... decided ta get the rustoleum and a brush... sat my lazy butt inna chair and got some paint on the shorty. i thought it looked good when we loaded it. the new paint makes even more of a difference. grabbin' the Goose on Monday... i'm gonna have ta save some paintin' fer her or i'll be in hot water...

i guess the caddy rotors are 5x5 whereas the T/A's are the same, but 5x4-3/4 there's a Caddy only bone yard out here. maybe i can get a disc set up... think it'd be OK with the front configuration ???

Wind has been blowing a steady 30 mph all day with gusts over 50. I got off work early to work on my truck and been indoors instead. I did get my taxes done. Our goverment on the state and federal level now have more money. lots more :(.

went to the paint store ta get refund on supplies not needed... it's 2 doors down from a friends mechanic/radiator shop... i'm standing in the doorway of the shop, looking out to the street with my friend, watching it rain and checking out the people as they drive by...

here comes this guy in a late model Mustang... revvin' his engine... gonna park right behind the "Rust Bucket" HA !!! he HITS ME !!! pushed up my K20 about a foot (it's a stick, no damage) he smashes a hole in the nose of his Mustang on my hitch !!!

congrats on winning the auction, now get your kiester to the Dr before something happens. My TKO is scheduled to arrive Thursday, so if you go to the ER now I can let you know when it gets here :)
