HA !!! i saw the door open but had ta let that one go by :D

here ya go, this might help ya... it lists tire sizes that have been tried/fitted on ChevyII/Novas... scroll to see if there's anything that'd help ya ;)

i clicked on it and it wasn't working, maybe its traffic is too high today. it's a popular link, give it a bit and try it... i'm sure it'll work, maybe just a bit later on ;)

You think i can get away with spraying some primer on the wheel it is now? Or should i slap another coat of stripper on? Some of that paint is being really stubborn! (I found some center caps btw 80$ on ebay :hurray: way better then 125$ new for each )

well i don't claim to be a painter but i'd imagine if the wheels are clean (free of grease & oils) a good etching/sealer primer would be ok. i think if i was going to primer them i'd just go ahead and paint them at the same time and finish them off.

good luck to ya, post some pics when yer done so everyone can DROOOOOOL all over their computers ;)

for tires on those wheels .it would be 245-60-14.my brother had a set on his 78 nova .had the 245-60-14 on the rear and 225-60-14 0n the front on 7inch wheels

Chris if you want to haul them down here you can use my media blaster. I did 6 wheels so far, have two more to do. Takes about 10 minutes per wheel to bring them to bare metal.
