I have a 76 Nova, and it appears that the front suspension is the same as a 70-81 Camaro and Firebird.
What are you going to be doing with this 76 Nova? I might need some parts.

The 75-79 Nova's do not interchange with 67-69 Camaro's. They do interchange with 70-81 Camaro's. The 75-79 Nova's have an 8.5" 10 bolt rear.
I believe in general the stance is a little wider than earlier Nova's.

the front and rear bumpers are super heavy on those year novas!
they weigh like 75-80 lbs each.
i can tell you the 76-77 camaro used a differant upper A arm then the 70-75 camaro. and then changed again 78-81!!!! we race camaros and found the A arms to be differant on those years!
the rear diff on the camaro is also about 1.5" wider then the nova rear on the spring pads also!
your nova should have 8.5 but they did put 8.2 ring and pinions in some of them.
if you go to nova resources website he has a pretty good site that covers what some of the deminsions are!
i have found that site real usefull!
