Looking to change the factory radio in my 69. Haven't heard the greatest things about said company's Looking for first hand info if it's worth buying or if i should just put a aftermarket cd/mp3 in the glove box

Haven't heard the greatest things about said company's Looking for first hand info if it's worth buying or if i should just put a aftermarket cd/mp3 in the glove box SHIFTY4 Apr 18th, 08, 03:28 PM there's been quite a few guys i know in the So-Cal area that've used the Custom Audio units and i haven't heard anything bad from them... you can spend a lot on stereo components ranging from really expensive, moderately priced all the way to cheapies... these units i'd place in the moderately priced units... the receiver unit's just one component, speakers and installation play a part of it too... bad connections, faulty antenna & crappy speakers could give a stereo receiver a bad name, right ??? just my two pennies ;) hioctane4blood Apr 25th, 08, 08:38 PM The new radio i've been watching for review's on the chevelle site is retroaudio it is nice looking so hopefully after a couple of the guy's try them out they have positve things to say |
