67 Wagon

Does anyone know if a 1982-1992 Camaro IROC wheel will fit the bolt pattern on my 1967 Chevy II wagon? I've read some where that the bolt pattern for the 82-92 Camaro wheels is 5 lug by 4.75 inches. Do you know if my 5 lug pattern is the same? I sure would like to get those wheels on my car. At least it would look a little better while I'm doing tbe body work.

They will definitely bolt up with no modifications. The thing you need to think about when using rims like those is backspacing. The early versions only had 4 1/4" BS when the later versions had 4 1/2 and sometimes up to 5 /14!!! which, limits your tire selection.

Here is a link that might help you out:

Hope this helps

I have on my 67 coupe (temporary) wheel and tires off a 84 Camaro and they fit/bolt on no problem but they rub slightly in the rear when I turn and hit a bump or if I have someone in the car with me then they rub when I hit a bump. I bet if I went one tire size thinner ir stiffened the rearend some it wouldn't rub.
My front doesn't rub at all but I am running a heidts clip;)

David,

if you don't mind me asking, what is your rear tire size? I was extremely close in getting some of those rims until I measured the backspacing. They were a wopping 4.25. Not enough for the tire I want to install. Don't get me wrong, they are a good looking rim but, it's just that the deal breaker for me was that back spacing...

p235/60/r15 all the way around these wheels are NOT staying on this car:noway: I had them when I took it for a 500 mile test run;)

I have seen these wheels look real nice after they were chromed or 2 tone painted but they just arn't my taste:thumbsup:
