Does anyone have a procedure or some helpful tips to relace the felt/rubber window channel pieces that the door window glass runs in? Do I have to remove the glass in order to insert the channels? They won't slide in like the old ones will, it seems that since they are new, they are too flexible...

Glass has to be removed, the glass channel extends down into the track in the middle of the door. hpg
