The GM parts manual has a whole section in the front listing the codes found on the plates. PM me if you would like a copy of the parts manual.

Warren, here's what I get:
114270W396390 - 1970 Nova 2 door Sport Coupe (V8) assembled at the Willow Run, Michigan plant. (29,390th car built)
R - Rochester Carburetor
T0630CTX - 402/350 High Performance with a manual transmission assembled at the Tonowanda plant on June 30th, 1970
CBS0701G - 3.31 Posi assembled on July 1st, 1970 at the Detroit Gear and Axle plant, 1st shift
7 - July, 1970 assembly date for the car
B0K07 - Turbo 350 (??? the engine code conflicts with this), assembled at the Cleveland, Ohio plant on July 7th, 1970
CBTN shows the Turbo 350 wasn't available with the 402/350. Only the Turbo 400. But the engine code (CTX) is supposed to be a manual transmission application!
Somethings wrong...

When I get back home Sunday I will double check the numbers although it looks like Ed has it covered well.
