Does the roof supports show after the headliner is in or has anyone ever tried to use 1 in insulation which is about how far the supports are Thanks Dan

what is it you're trying to do... why 1" insulation ???

dynamat etc are all seemingly the same thickness, what material are you wanting to use ???

the distance of the roof, the thickness of the insulation, the location of the roof supports, the bows... i don't think a 1" insulation will work... how ya gonna install the headliner if the bows are buried ???
