I have a 1970 Nova SS, all front / rear window trim was gone at purchase.
finished painting - is there a trick &/or tool for installing New , I have new trim & clips- any help or photos ???

THERE SHOULD BE WELDED STUDS ON THE BODY AROUND THE WINDOW OPENING. pUSH THE CLIPS ONTO THE STUDS UNTIL THEY SEAT THEN LINE UP THE CHROM AND GENTLY PUSH DOWN ON IT UNTIL IT "SNAPS" ONTO THE CLIP.

Are you guys talking about the deluxe chrome trim that goes around the window door frame?
Are you installing the new repop piece that is on the market?
I'm curious how the fit and finish is.
