when i go to pull the trim off the front and rear window how do i do it? ive heard it snaps in but ive also heard it screws in from the back....in need of expert opinion....thanks

If memory serves me right you can see the two end screws on this piece in the door jams. The rest of it is held in place with clips that are tricky to get out. They make a special tool for it that has a "j" shape at the end of it that you can run between the glass and trim and pop the little devils loose. If you break the little clips don't worry cause they remanufacture them as they also do the chrome, but the chrome is a lot more expensive. angler0808 Jan 18th, 08, 01:56 AM there is a tool for it you can call the guys at classic industries or chevy2only and ask to speak to a tech and im sure they can tell you where you can find the tool...its shaped like a J and it come in handy....
