Try Go Daddy.com.

Domain names are cheap and you can get space to post it all up.

John,

You have DSL right? Your ISP should provide you with space so you can post up a website and host your pictures. Call them and ask them how much space they give you with your account.
Try googling for a free website building program. I'm sure there are a bunch out there!

John,
I'll try to get a hold of my nephew. I pretty sure the place he works at host's websites. Or I'll put you in touch with him directly

Be prepared to place things in pre-formatted designs. Most of the time they will have templates that you can fill in the blank with text or pictures. Most of the time I don't like the designs and want to arrange them on my own. To do that you need to know HTML code, which I don't. :( My vintagenova.com site was put together by my geek friend, it basically fell through because I lost interest in taking the time to give him all the pictures and text that I wanted on there. Maybe once my car gets to looking better, I'll redo the website.

If only a website could be made as easily as a PowerPoint slide. Just cut paste, drag and click.

i built a website for my truck guys and i went through go daddy.com like phill said..domain name is cheap and so is web hosting and it comes with alot of free software...since your not setting up a complete website, you probably wabnt more like a web blog...go daddy has tons of info and customer support that is great plus they are in phx and not some foriegn land...

i added stuff that attracts business which can add up in price...i think for one year i spent about $80 for everything but spent more on additional things...

if you think of a name you want your site to be run it throught go daddy's data base and it will check to see if its a usable domain name...

they search from whois.com
