I suspect this forum will be a godsend for me in the coming months as I get serious about my 67 Nova SS resto-mod project. I originally bought the car in 1980...it was a rescued street racer that didn't run, but featured banged up chrome fender-wall headers and all of the right pieces. At 17, I started work on the car and had it tubbed out, with a 6 point cage and Ford 9" narrowed front end, ladder bars...At that point, life came along and between college, marriage, kids I finally got back to the Nova a couple of years ago. I've had all of the metal work done and am starting from scratch on everything else. I rebuilt the front end last year and am waiting for the 2" drop spindles and disc brake kits for front and rear. I hope to turn a wheel next summer with the help of my now 16 year old son...the ZZ383 crate is on order and should be installed over Christmas. Some pictures of the raw body are attached.

I look forward to many questions and hopefully more answers.
