Looking for some help on replacing the A/C unit in my 1970. Does anyone have performance and installation reviews on the "Classic Air, Vintage Air or Hot Rod Air units??:hurray::beers:

I have read good and bad about all of them. I think most of the time problems are caused by inexperienced installers. A co worker is installing a Vintage Air unit in a 67 Camaro. I'll let you know how it turns out and any problems he encounters. The Camaro was a factory AC car but he went with VA to remove the suitcase from the firewall. I know he did not use the plastic block off plates, instead he fabricated them of sheet metal and welded them in.
