Nothing wrong with a B-body car just put the money he would waste on 22" wheels and buy a ZZ 502 for under the hood. Makes a fine 11 second cruiser that way. If he wants a nose bleed buy a pre 1988 4x4 Blazer or a Suburban with a SBC 400 motor and jack it up.
