Best bet is to find a hosting site like PhotoBucket.com, then link your photo to it by pasting the URL into your post.

Chris I find Photobucket very easy to use. I do pay for the upgraded account to have more space and eliminate the ads, but the free side works the same way.
First you have to go there and register. http://www.photobucket.com

Then just follow the instructions for uploading photos. It is real easy, press the Browse button and select the pictures from the files on your computer and then press upload.

Once they are on the photobucket site the photo will have 4 links under it (like in the photo) that do different things. The bottom one is an automatic image posting link.
Left click on it to highlight the link, then right click to bring up the menu, select Copy. Now go to your post and right click where you want the picture and select Paste. No need to use any img tags when done this way.
That is it, so easy a caveman could do it :D
