Is the chrome or stainless trim around the 1970 2 door Nova door and rear quarter windows reproduced? If not, is there a source for used trim? If not, can the trim be removed and the area underneath painted? I have a recently acquired 1970 Nova project that the trim on the driver's side is damaged due to very worn door hinges.
Thanks for any info. David

I saw that they recently started to reproduce it. I'm not sure how many vendors are carrying it yet and it is for 68-72 only. The 73-74 guys are still left out in the cold on the quarter window trim. I saw it on another board I visit and I know a lot of the guys there come here so I'm sure one of them will remember the vendor advertised. I think the ultimate maker is dynacorn, so all the vender's should be carrying it as soon as they update their catalogs.

Thanks, I had checked with Classic Ind. as I live relatively close to them and OPG and they are backordered there (no eta given) with no price quoted. I will check with J & W Nova.
