I have a 69 Nova Yenko recreation with a nice front bench seat but would like to change it to bucket seats, how difficult would it be to find these seats and are there any optional seats that would work? such as chevelle or monte carlo! any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if any particular seats would work, but I plan on using a pair of 69 Z28 Camaro bucket seats in my Nova cause I like the look. I don't know if the high back bucket seats were available in 69 yet!

I'm looking for a 69 bench seat. Would you be interested in selling?

Don't forget the sYc logo should be in the seat covers (head rest) to make it a clone.

Will look like this (you will have to imagine it being a Nova):

I am assuming you already have the body decal and the L-88 427 BBC under the hood.

I swapped in '69 Chevelle seats in my '70 model in place of the factory bench. They are very similar to Nova buckets (same foam, springs, side shields and back covers used). Those seats are out there used, but you can buy new frames from most reproduction houses (expensive though!)

Hey Big Dave, totally off the subject, but could you tell me the exact tire sizes of the green Yenko Nova you have pictured? And, wheel backspacing if known. Thanks.

I do not know specifics. Tire size was E70x14, and the wheels were 14x6 Ansen's copy of American Torque Thrusts I believe. They (factory and Don Yenko) didn't get into the back spacing issue back in the early seventies because the owner of the car would swap out the tires and wheels on delivery for L60x15 or slicks (the biggest rubber available back then).
