I'm thinking about getting a 69 nova. I found a good deal and don't want to pass it up. I heard that some parts from a camaro will bolt right up to a nova of the same year. if so what parts exactly and what years? breaks? rearends? whatever you know thanks.

67 to 69 camaro suspension components, and obviously underhood components.

Brakes and rearends are the same also. Yes, should be a bolt in, no problem.

I believe so. Chevelle is a full frame car. And 62-67 Nova is a nightmare only a sadist could love. Trust me on that.
