Hello folks, My name is Blake and i recently sold my 64 Straight front axle car this summer, due to my wife going into the hospital, the car was around 85% complete at the time. My wife is doing good now ( knock on wood) so i just picked up a 62 post car and i'm in the process of getting the parts together to do my 2nd axle car. I just got my wife a 65 Falcon which she wanted for some time ( I know it's a Ford  ). And my daughter has a 75 T/A street car powered by a SBC and runs 12:60's in the 1/4, and a 69T/A clone, drag car that is also SBC powered and runs in the 10:40's in the 1/4, all our cars run naturally aspirated, no juice.

My new Nova is going to get a 454 stuffed into it w/a tunnelram and i have a 57 Olds rear going into it, i might run a 400 turbo for a while so i can run it at the track for a while, i'll put a 4spd into it later. Here are some pics of my old and new car..

Welcome to the site. I love gassers. Did you follow the Chevy II gasser build up (I think it was Popular Hot Rodding, but it could have been Super Chevy or any other Primedia publication as I read most of them and they become a big blur). It was named after a road (not Willshur Blvd.) Shaker. It looked like a nice project, and a lot like yours. (I think they also altered the wheel base, but all of these things blend together and I would have to go drag it out to get it straight)

I'm Rambling again, time for my nap and meds. Welcome to the site once again.

Big Dave

Hello from a fellow PA resident, that is if work would stop sending me elsewhere. I live next to PA. Sounds like you have your hands full, but it also sounds like you have a lot of expereince to help along the way. If you ever in my area and want to stop in let me know, if I'm home I'll make sure some cool ones are in the frig!

Blake is a good dude. He's a member on some of the sites I am on too. Our local track is Atco Raceway. There are many nice Novas around our way.
